Villa Luva: Spectacular Villa with pool
This is a spacious 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house with a swimming pool that is located in the Lakeside Country Club in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees. Besides squirrels and regular birds we`ve been visited by big owls and sandhill cranes that give you the feeling of not leaving the relaxing lanai.
The Lakeside subdivision is an ideal location for your family trip, close to beach, golf and nature! (Hiking, Kayaking, Biking and Birding) Our office is onsite and we are living in the same sub-division and are at your service 7 days a week. We take care of our villas as if they are our own, this house is well maintained and nicely decorated!
For your groceries there`s a Publix within 5 minutes distance from the house. Or you can drive to many other places within 10 miles, such as, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, local grocery stores and restaurants.
This house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai area only.
We offer free Wi-Fi internet and nationwide phone service.
House rules:
Our vacation homes are very loved by us and we take a very good care of it. So what we expect from our guests is calling us at any time at any sight of a problem . We also expect our guests to report us if they accidentally broke something and to ship back any item taken from the house by accident.
Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
No more than 4 cars allowed per reservation.
The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 night minimum.
Small quiet subdivision next to the Withlacoochee State Trail and close to down-town Inverness
