The home is ideal for any season, whether hitting the slopes at Gunstock Ski Resort a few miles away, swimming at one of the nearby Lake Winnipesaukee beaches, or indulging in the incredible sunsets and mountain views from the deck. This house features a central location near tons of great year-round activities and attractions. It also boasts two furnished decks for prime outdoor living and a seasonal barbecue grill that is provided for summertime cookouts. The home is only a few miles from Ellacoya State Beach, making sandy excursions easily accessible. Gunstock Ski Resort boasts many outdoor activities year-round, including skiing, tubing, mountain biking, and ziplining. The Belknap Mountain Range and Mount Major also feature breathtaking views and hiking trails close to home. You can catch in-season concerts at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, about five miles away.

After the day's adventures, take a soak in the hot tub or kick back on one of the decks to take in the sunset and striking mountain views. Conveniently, each floor of your vacation home features ideal spaces to lounge while watching your favorite streaming services on one of the two smart TVs.

The full kitchen comes ready and equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils for preparing and serving family-style feasts with ease. There's also a dishwasher included for easy cleanup. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.
