We just spent 5 days here and was very content. We are a family of 5, and although it felt tight at times, was still a wel laid out space. Very cute decor. Would stay again
This is such a great place to stay. The location is primo for the area. All of the details in the house are very nice! The beds and the sheets are very comfortable. It’s angreat stay!
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and beautiful, exactly how it looked in the pictures! It was spacious with plenty of room for family dinners and lounge time. Super convenient for a short walk to the beach or a quick drive into town. We hope to visit again!
Perfect spacious home that was stocked with everything we needed. Close to wineries, fine dining and the downtown area of Woodinville. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would recommend and stay again!
You can't find anything closer to CSM winery or Woodinville Whiskey. House was stocked with everything you'd need besides clothes and food. Lots of parking and old house charm.
The house was wonderful with great amenities and so very clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Just of note-the pipes are in the basement bedroom and do make noise when plumbing is in use, but white noise machines are provided with several sound options. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had a great stay at the cute cottage in Woodinville. Rachael made check in and out easy. We had everything we needed and our dog was so happy in the fenced backyard. It’s a great location, close to restaurants, wineries and downtown Woodinville. We would definitely come back and stay here!
Very nice little house. Easy to walk everywhere, and no issues with communication. My one caution is to point out that the property is on a very busy street, so there can be road noise and it's probably not a great place if you have little ones.
This was the perfect place for our stay in Woodinville. There was more room than we anticipated, and so many thoughtful and useful touches throughout the house!
We were close to the wedding venue we were in town for, and there were good restaurants within walking distance. We were even able to check off a bucket list item with a visit to Chateau Ste. Michelle.
The house was clean, well-stocked (thank you for the K-Cups), and had a great backyard for grilling and hanging out. The hosts went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay comfortable.
We hope to return and would definitely stay here again!
The home is very charming. Also clean. There are multiple thoughtful touches. The yard was also great with many amenities. We did not find the road noisy at all. Walk to the river trail and one winery. Close to many others and to shopping. Parking is only the driveway. The street has a no-parking sign right at the front of the house, although the neighbors park in front of their building.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Location
Very nice owner
The owner is very nice and responsive! The front door is not secure - it is an interior door, had a gap at the top - did not feel safe. Very noisy - it is literally 5 feet from the street which is busy and noisy. Smelled like an old building.
Owner tried to make it quant, but we were not comfortable there.

I'm sorry you didn't feel safe...the noisy road is stated in the description and the house is located in the city with allows for great access to restaurants and amenities. The home was built in 1913 and we tried our best to retain the original charm.
The perfect place that checked all the boxes. Our host was an absolute gem, and the location was a dream come true. And the best part? It was a paradise for dog owners like us! it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The nearby attractions were just a hop, skip, and a jump away, so we had plenty to explore. The host had clearly thought of everything, making sure the yard was secure and dog-friendly. We could relax and enjoy ourselves, knowing our fur baby was safe. A big, heartfelt thank you to our wonderful host for making our vacation unforgettable. We're already counting down the days until we can come back for another tail-wagging adventure!
