PROPERTY LAYOUT AND NOTES

Guests have the entire original 1,000-square-foot bungalow to themselves. My own home is an attached modern unit located behind the bungalow. The entrance to my home is through the backyard, so you may occasionally see me walking through the front yard briefly. The bungalow and front yard are fully private for your stay.

Outdoor security cameras are installed on the roof and face the street for safety.


AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee with 24 hours advance notice, depending on scheduling. Please contact me for availability and details.

This was such a great little place to stay for our week in Seattle! It had nearly everything we could have needed, from grilling to entertainment! The beds were a little uncomfortable for two adults, but great for our teenagers! Having the beautiful yard for relaxing was amazing and access to the hot tub was a plus! We are both born and raised in Montana and have been living in Seattle for the last seven years or so. Our favourite things are: taking the ferry to Whidbey Island and enjoying the dog beach there, going on long walks with our dogs, eating amazing food, cooking amazing food, hot tubs, and spending time with our chosen family.

Jason is a physician in family practice in Ballard. I work as a consultant from home.

I own the property and have only one short term rental, so you will have my full attention and will never have to deal with a management company. I take great pride in my rental and aim to exceed your expectations in every way.

Why they chose this property

The house is convenient to explore all of the Puget Sound area. It's north of the city center, making for less traffic if you are exploring north, or to the East Side, yet still super close to the Link Light Rail Northgate station making exploring the city easy as well. It is in a safe residential neighborhood of mostly single-family homes. The fully fenced yard is perfect for a dog.

The home is a short walk to Northacres Park, which features wooded walking trails, dog park, splash park and playgrounds for kids.

What makes this property unique

I am the owner operator of my home. I only have one rental so you’ll have my full attention and will never have to deal with a management company. I take great pride in my rental and your comfort, privacy and satisfaction. I am available quickly should you have any issues or need any assistance.

The property has a salt water hot tub , two dedicated parking spaces, and a fully fenced yard for your dog. The house is decorated with many original artworks, live plants, and has hepa filtrations throughout.
