Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

We enjoyed staying at this property. It doesn’t quite look like the picture but it was clean and and a nice size. The televisions are small for the space but whose spending time looking at tv in Miami.I would stay again.

This accommodation is spacious and clean. It's nice to be able to walk to the beach. The bay view was also great. The underground parking lot was old, but there was ample parking space.

The property had a beautiful view, and on the most part clean, until we got scared by roaches and a waterbug in the apt. Not blaming owner, it is a hi rise building. Bare minimum supplies in kitchen, should have a starter kit at least to get us acclimated. Still enjoyed our stay.

Would stay again!

Everything was good with this property. We were happy and would stay again. The kitchen could have been more stocked. You need to bring own paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, dish soap etc. There is a store in the building next door with everything. She makes the best coffee too for only $2.00!!

The room was dated and had mold in the bedroom. There was not enough towels and when we ask they still wouldn't give us enough towels and cloths for the amount of people in our party. There was a broom but no dust pan. Again when we ask we did not receive a dust pan. We watched people every day demand a refund and walk out of there very angry and disgusted. Over all our stay was just enough to get by but i would never stay here again. I have never had such a terrible stay at a vrbo rental. I strongly would not recommend.

We killed 4 cockroaches: one in kitchen sink, one in a chair in entryway, one in dining area and one in the bedroom. The location and beach front were gorgeous. The suite itself was underwhelming and not well stocked (hardly anything in the kitchen). Our air conditioner made part of the place freezing and didn’t work well in the back bedroom. So one room froze with only a thin sheet to try to sleep while the other room was stuffy. The location was great, the beach access and pool were very nice and made it worth the not so great stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, spacious apt on the beach

The unit was clean, as advertised and very spacious. It was old but well maintained. The property is older and dated, the pool was not heated but pretty large. Some of the pool chairs were broken. The gym was old and most of the machines and cardio equipment were broken, there were free weights, kettle bells, barbells and plates. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was very good, right on the beach and close to south beach and the city center.

Subpar

Suite we were given was VERY dated and looked nothing like the pictures. The on site restaurant was terrible and ridiculously over priced. The front desk staff were very good and the really the only good thing I can say about this property. We stayed in many VRBO and have never had a negative experience but this property is terrible. The check out personal banking repeatedly on our door at 10 am as we were getting luggage to the door was very rude.

WARNING: High risk of false claims and being misled!

This property has a very high potential to ruin the vacation you carefully planned and dreamed about for months. We paid in full and reserved our unit a month in advance, only to find out they had sold it to someone else. Instead, they tried to pass off a much worse apartment as an “upgrade.”Thanks to pressure from VRBO, we were finally moved to our original unit on the second day of our vacation — but by then, two precious days were already ruined. Do not trust this host under any circumstances. I will now request compensation from VRBO for the lost time and will pursue all my legal rights.

Clean and spacious apartment

Clean, tidy and spacious apartment with a great view, especially at sunset. Pictures are an accurate representation of the property. I would absolutely recommend this property. The property is right next to a more peaceful section of the beach, restaurants are in walking distance and there is a great supermarket nearby. The kitchen could perhaps do with a few more utensils and glasses etc. Security in the building can also be a little overly strict with the green spangly wristbands they insist on residents wearing but these are only minor issues.

Pool access unreasonably limited

Everything was great except that the limited pool and beach access significantly dampened our trip. The pool closes at sunset - you can’t even sit by the pool and enjoy an evening drink. And while the beach access is open until 10, there is no one to help you get chairs at any time of day - they are all locked up. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, but the staff in the pool area (even during hours) were neither kind nor helpful.

OK WOW. TALK ABOUT BANG for the buck. Rooms are very spacious. Clean. Beds were rock hard. Woke up with backache. I CHOSE THIS hotel bc of the space and the fact it had a restaurant on site with room service. HOWEVER IT IS NOT ACCURATE. It is only open on Fri Sat Sunday. Staff told me to uber eats or door dash instead. Meh. Pool area kinda old def needs an update however i was expecting this as pictures very very vague about the pool... not like a crisp clear view of the pool etc. I did love this property as the price for the size of the room and that is it RIGHT on the beach was super convenient. I def recommend just wish restaurant was open. It is great for the price! Dont expect ritz carlton but better than a tiny hotel room.

Great location

The property is right on the beach so that is the best thing about the property. The apartment was basic - seems like they did the least possible. The kitchen was nice. The TV in the living room was small (but we didn't really watch it much anyway). There was only one seat on the balcony - we carried chairs out. There is no place to plug in your phone on the nightstand. There is a light there but it is not plugged in because the outlet is too far away. It seems like they could invest a little bit of money for an extension cord, a nightstand clock to charge the phone, balcony chairs and nicer TVs. For the price we paid, it just seems like a few small touches would have been nice. Otherwise, we enjoyed the visit and its location a short walk down to the beach.

The poor conditions of this property. I purchased for this particular unit based on all pictures posted on Expedia, which shown to be in perfect condition, until it was not. This unit seemed to be totally missed by maintenance staff as well as furniture around all totally rotten and broken. This is unacceptable, and want to hold accountable to the who ever is in charge to keep up units in conditions to be rented at a price point that doesn’t even represents the truth behind. We, family of 5 checked in on Saturday 3pm came up real quick to change and left off the premises of the Hotel. Came back at 11pm and once we got in and settled we encountered with the reality check of the poor conditions that this unit was in every way. Went down to front desk and spoke with a lady and explained to her the disappointment of this situation, that to me a Motel would’ve been a better option than what we were given in exchange. Lady said to make a claim with pictures as she couldn’t do anything at the moment. Next day Sunday, went back to front desk and personnel said same thing looking forward for another answer and was left out with no solutions but to make a claim against it, didn’t matter how unhappy we were it was more about make a claim “we can’t do anything about it”. And “will add notes on system”. My husband and my 3 boys had to swallow the fact of no solution to the problem and just stay on a unit that to us was extremely disgusting.

Excellent location, building and apartments need some work

The building was generally in good shape, and our apartment was clean and all systems were functional. However, some effort should have been made to make the place a bit more user-friendly. * The tile floors were slippery and there were no handholds in the bathrooms. No shower curtains, hard to get in and out of the tub. *The living room furniture looked stylish, but the sofas were uncomfortable. *The bedrooms had no chairs, and there were no outlets on the night stand, The only outlet near the beds was hidden behind one of them. *The kitchen did not have sufficient utensils to allow cooking meals. Fortunately, we ate out, except for breakfast. On the morning of our departure, the building suffered a complete electrical outage. We were able to evacuate using the fire escape; the stairs were clear and in good shape, but there was no emergency lighting. The bellmen were great at escorting family members down 11 flights and carrying the luggage that hadn't already been taken to our car. The view was fantastic, as advertised. They just need to furnish the place better.

Won’t stay there again!

Minimalist does not explain the disappointment of this vrbo stay- 2 small towels for each bathroom not a hand towel or wash cloth to be found and and when you use a towel throw it on the floor- there is not a hook to dry the only towel you have to use - definitely put your soap and shampoo on the floor! Not an extra towel or small bathroom carpet not to fall after a shower since the shower curtain is not long enough. Lol Soap or toiletries were empty and so small you could only use once which goes along with the kitchen supplies One wine glass maybe a couple of drinking glasses no dish soap and the coffee pot - bring your own filters! No Keurig by the way. No dish soap, no kitchen towels, salt and pepper bring your own- But you probably won’t need them since you really can’t cook anything or heat anything in the oven - no trays , oven mittens for that matter. Pizza left over and want to reheat it not a chance not even aluminum foil to use instead! The cabinets all empty. Mattress well it needs to be replaced the old springs will be very uncomfortable along with the baby size pillows In the king bed. The sitting arrangements are less than adequate for 4 people the most uncomfortable small couch which faces the mini TV. There are no end tables so your drinks go on the floor. Patio has two very low to ground chairs. Even the young will have a hard time getting in and out of them,You will get the bare minimum! The air conditioner is loud and does not eliminate the humidity it’s hard to speak over it- very noisy !!! not one radio for music or a clock in the entire place- definitely not the most comfortable or the most welcoming condo. It was clean and the location was good but it lacks comfort and interior amenities. Then there is the beach chairs (only two free even if there are 4 guest). Even when they falsely advertise beach chairs with stay. So an umbrella and 2 chairs $50.00 the beach towels you get are smaller than a bath towel. Wont stay there again.

Buen lugar pero poca predisposicion del personal

El apartamento como la ubicacion perfecta, el edficio donde se encuentra el apartamento es antiguo con problemas de mantenimiento pero el punto mas debil es el personal del edificio con muy poca predispocion o buena voluntad para realizar su trabajo como atender a los huespedes, es un punto a revisar por los propietarios

La cocina no está equipada para ser usada

Si bien publican y alquilan con cocina, la misma no cuenta con los utensilios necesarios para poder cocinar, tampoco había ollas ni copas Pese a que las solicité, no tenían para darme. No es buena opción si el grupo familiar quiere comer en el departamento

Schöne riesengroße Wohnung in perfekter Lage direkt am Beach. Fahrten zu Eishockey und American Football ganz gut erreichbar. Essen und Trinken in der Nähe. Sehr gute öffentliche Busverbindung, Linie 79 und 100 direkt vor der Haustüre und sogar ein kleiner KOSTENLOSER Shuttlebus. Linie 100 Fahrpreis 2,25 sehr günstig. Alles in allem ein lohnenswertes Ziel (25 Grad Celsius Mitte Dezember!)

Super Aufenthalt

Super schönes Apartment. Große Räume.. Super Lage...mit Tiefgarage. Die Küche leider sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Sauberkeit könnte auch verbessert werden. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
