Welcome to the Dorchester- the still point in a moving world. This apartment is in a prime downtown location within walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and shops. We`ve tried to think of everything you need while eliminating anything you don`t-- from two parking spots reserved for you to two King sized beds, our hope is that this space is exactly what you need for your stay in Lynchburg.

ENTRANCE: This is a main level apartment with one apartment above it. You`ll enter the shared foyer with a customized code, then enter the code again to access your apartment.

OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING:
-The living room features a leather sectional, swing chair, and 50` smartTV with wifi. (Please note, the TV does not have cable).
-The handcrafted dining table features seating for 6
-The quartz island has 4 barstools for additional seating
-Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher
-Pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided for you
-Keurig coffee maker with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, and sugar provided for you

-A king sized bed with new memory foam mattress
-Dresser and walk-in closet
-Full length mirror
-Twin rolling cot + sheets in closet for additional sleeping

BEDROOM 2
-King sized bed with new memory foam mattress
-Futon for additional sleeping
-Dresser and walk-in closet
-A porch with a cafe table with steps that lead to the patio
-Newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combos

HALLWAY:
-Bathroom #2 with tub/shower combo
-Washer and Dryer
-Desk

PATIO:
-Gas grill
-Gas fire pit
-Porch swing

Please note: We do allow dogs for a $50 pet fee, but we ask that they stay off the furniture and are crated if left in the home alone.

Also, there is an upstairs apartment in this unit that is also an Airbnb. No indoor spaces are shared aside from the entry foyer that leads to your private door.
