Explore one of Oak Island’s most known gems - the Oak Island Lighthouse, which is just a two-minute walk. Take a three-minute stroll to Caswell Beach and bask in the sun as the waves crash in the background. When you walk into this stunning abode, you’re sure to feel like home. Guests can even cool down in the private pool!

The living room is spacious with enough seating for you and your family. Beautifully decorated and designed with you in mind, this room has an abundance of natural light. Make it a family night as you gather with everyone in this area to watch your favorite show on the mounted television or get competitive and play your favorite board game.

Just off the living room is the dining area that seats eight. Plan your day as you enjoy your favorite dish with the ones you love. The open kitchen feeds into the dining area and is equipped with stainless-steel appliances and a wet bar. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal with loved ones as you laugh and make memories. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, serving dishes, coffee maker, crockpot and a blender.

The first bedroom flows off the living area and features a queen bed and a mounted television. This room has access to the patio, so you can enjoy the breeze as you watch the greenery. Beside this bedroom is the first full bathroom. The second sleeping quarter is the master bedroom and is located upstairs. This bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom and walk-in shower, and also has access to the patio. The third bedroom is located to the left of the master bedroom. This room is furnished with a queen bed, a mounted television and a crib.

Down the hall on the left is the main bathroom for the second floor. Behind this bathroom is the fourth bedroom that is equipped with a queen bed, mounted television and patio access. Across the hall is the fifth bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a beautiful sitting swing, and a mounted television.

Enjoy the island air on the deck. Clean your catch at the fish cleaning station. The new private pool also allows for optional heating or cooling services that may be added upon request. Guests should note that an additional pool heating or cooling fee is required for each day a guest requests these services. Guest must request the pool heating or cooling and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

Though this vacation home does not welcome guest pets, those with dog allergies should note that a hypoallergenic and low shedding dog is occasionally present during owner reservations.
