Freshly remodeled, wonderfully located home in North Sarasota.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, very conveniently located in North Sarasota. Only three miles from Marina Jacks and the city center with a host of dinning and shopping opportunities. Another mile and you are at St Armand’s Circle. 7 miles from the world famous white sands of Siesta Key beach.
Sarasota International Airport is two miles West, Nathan Benderson Park is two miles East. University Parkway is just around the corner offering all your grocery needs, Whole Food Market, Publix, Detwiler’s Farm Market, and more. There are dozens and dozens of eateries to explore as well as an abundance of retail stores at the Sarasota Town Center Mall and all along the Parkway.
I-75 is a couple of miles away if you are quickly looking to get going and explore Florida or sit back and enjoy the private back yard.

Great location, wonderful home!

The home was stocked with everything we needed, and then some! We loved the back yard and the fact that it was within close proximity to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property. Owner had added a lot of special touches to house. Responded to all inquiries quickly. And checked in to make sure everything was going well. Would gladly stay again.

Cute, beach-themed bungalow

We brought my parents to Sarasota so they could visit their friends. This house was in a centrally located neighborhood for their visits. We had enough room for all four of us (adults) to stay- note that one bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has a queen. The living room does have a pullout, but we didn’t need to use that. This house is on the direct flight path of planes landing at the airport and we enjoyed watching that.

Cute house in Sarasota

The house was clean, comfortable and had adequate supplies. The fenced in back yard was nice. It's a quiet and well kept neighborhood. The airport is nearby so there is plane traffic during the day. So much to do in Sarasota - Myakka River State Park is well worth a visit. We went to a downtown art show that was quite good; no time to visit the qallerys. And the beaches - Siesta Key is great. We ran out of time to do the bike trail so I guess we will have to return one day. Julie was always available and readily answered any questions.

nicely decorated

A sweet and nautically decorated cottage very close to the airport. No need for an alarm clock, the planes start landing right over the house at 0600. The single pane windows didn't help, earplugs did. There were tiny ants in the kitchen which the owner will deal with professionally. There is a garage which I was happy to park my car in but was told not to which was a disapointment. There was no guidance on how to use the TV, some kind of written description would be very helpful, to not have to call anyone for assistance.
