Beautiful Location very private!

My family loved it. It was very relaxing, clean, private and only minutes away of everything from beaches to restaurants. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back soon!

Len, the property owner was wonderful and greeted us at the property and was there regularly doing maintenance on the outside of the property. He made the extra effort to make sure we were happy and I always asked if there was anything else we needed. Place was lovely and we will definitely stay there again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location is peaceful, as long as you've got bug spray. The sand fleas tend to be heavier along the bay in July. We enjoyed the massage chair, having the pool to ourselves, and the hosts do provide a good setup, so you should have just about everything you need there. I do think the description of the ionized water system is a bit misleading. You will need to purchase water for drinking. Though, I did appreciate that the hosts start you off with a few in the refrigerator. The shower water never got much above lukewarm and the pressure is lacking. The hosts live downstairs from the unit. They are very kind and responsive. Though, feeling like we had to always be mindful of our noise was a little off putting for being on vacation.

Cozy and comfortable

We loved our stay! The hists were very kind. The listing says private, but the property managers are onsite downstairs. Initially I was a little frustrated, but the apartment was perfect, super cool massage chair was great after a day at the beach. Pool and property was very clean and maintained and stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful getaway

Len and Victoria were gracious and communicative hosts throughout our stay. As they live on site, they were always available for any help or to provide anything we needed. The property was as described. Do read the listing carefully as one of the "bedrooms" is just a room with a divider. The bay view is beautiful, and the pool and jacuzzi are clean and wonderful. Ping pong table in the pool house was fun! Area beaches are perfect for families and incredibly clean with great facilities. We had a great time on our little FL getaway and would return!

Great Location

Stayed here with our two teenagers for a Spring Break mini-vacation. Loved the location - safe neighborhood right on the river. Close enough to the beach without being surrounded by tourists. Hosts were very responsive and understanding of our needs, accommodating a very late check-in due to our long drive from Tennessee. Apartment was spacious, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Parking was very tight, and inability to open doors/windows for fear of bugs/insects posed unforeseen challenges. But the hosts more than made up for these limitations by their gracious hospitality! We will definitely be back (with a smaller car)!
