Madison Heights is located on the other side of the James River from downtown Lynchburg.

- This is a pet friendly property with a limit of one pet under 50 lbs and a $100 pet fee.
- We provide a pack-n-play, high chair, baby monitor, and sound machines for families.
- Parking for up to six vehicles is available, and larger vehicles or boats are welcome.
