Casa Moderna: incomparable comfort in the heart of Austin. Our warm and intimate atmosphere creates the perfect setting to enjoy time with your closest friends and family while having all the comforts of a boutique hotel. Booking both homes is great for working remotely, wedding gatherings, rehearsal dinners, and retreats. With 11 beds between two houses, there is plenty of space for your group to spread out. Your party will enjoy time together in our entertaining space, and gravel yard!
The space
From the moment that you arrive, you will embrace the contemporary lifestyle of Austin in our amazing homes. The living space has vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, tons of natural light and a cozy front patio where you can enjoy the amazing Austin weather.

Each house has three large bedrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs, each has a queen bed and shares a full bath. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with two queen beds and a master bath. We also have sofa beds and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless appliances. It is stocked with coffee, tea, and basic condiments.

Our mattress are memory foam mattress (firm/medium).

You will be able to travel light as we provide all of the fresh linen that you will need including pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels. And the baths are supplied with shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryers. High-Speed Internet Fiber supported.
