Summary:

Beautiful and updated condo in gated Wild Dunes, Charleston's Island Resort! Perfect setup - 2 separated bedrooms with their own bathrooms and balconies. Two queen beds with high quality linens in each bedroom, attractive décor, flat panel TVs, WiFi, washer & dryer, books, games, and a fully stocked kitchen. Steps away from the condo complexes' private pool and about a 5 minute walk to beach. Relaxing comes easy with two lagoon‑facing balconies.



NO PETS, SMOKING, OR PARTIES



The Space:

There is so much to do on this property or if you venture offsite. Within the gated Wild Dunes community enjoy bike riding, the beach which is about a 5 minute walk, the condo complexes' private, secured pool, playground (Backcourt Drive,) miles of bike/walking trails, basketball court, crabbing dock (behind Lagoon Villas), Grand Pavilion Boardwalk (after 6pm,) as well as the following amenities available for a fee: The Wild Dunes Links and Harbor Golf Courses, driving range, golf lessons and clinics, tennis clinics (mornings only), Sand and Sea Spa, shops, and various on-property restaurants including a deli, pizza place, grill, and ice cream shop (seasonal) to name a few.



If you choose to venture offsite, the beauty and charm of Charleston is only 12 miles away.



The community of Isle of Palms is incredibly charming, the Wild Dunes complex amazing, and the condo beautiful.



Guest Access:

Guests may use the pool private to guests of the condo complex. Access to Wild Dunes restaurants, walking trails, golf (for a fee), tennis clinics (for a fee) also exist. We do not have access to the resort's hotel pool but the pool at the condo complex is quieter.



The Neighborhood:

Isle of Palms is a beautiful beach town approximately 12 miles from Charleston.  It can be described as having plenty to do without being touristy.  There are quaint shops and restaurants and relaxing yet fun things to do on the island including fishing, water sports, tennis and golf.



The historic and beautiful city of Charleston offers a host of treasures. Enjoy an open air market; historic sites; kayaking, canoe, and paddle board tours; amazing restaurants; harbor cruises; aquarium, and carriage rides in this great city.





Neighboring towns to Isle of Palms include the quaint and fun Sullivan's Island and the suburbia Mount Pleasant.  Both offer great restaurants, shops and entertainment, including great putt putt and ice cream!



Getting Around:

The condo complex has its own parking lot. The community is gated.



Other Things to Note:

For your beach day, you'll find beach chairs in the outside closet on the front porch along with a beach cart and an umbrella. We hope you enjoy them!

The condo was awesome. We had everything we needed there. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a 2 minute walk and beach about 10 minute walk. Close to Sweetgrass Plaza that has restaurants.

Perfect vacay spot for a family

We love the condo and the property. It was the perfect location - nice pool, quick walk to the beach, nice resort. Also a short trip to venture to Charleston and Mt Pleasant. Loved the condo had two fulls beds per room and all the amenities for a week with the family.

Beautiful, clean property located in a perfect spot to access all the amenities.

We had a girls weekend and the property was perfect. The property manager Cheryl was fantastic friendly and quick to replace a TV remote that was not working.. we would definitely stay here again. They had everything we needed a cart beach, chairs, and even an umbrella for the beach.

It was a nice condo, clean and spacious. Our only issue was the hot water ran out fast, so cold shower for some of us. Great location and close walk to the beach.

We are so happy we chose this property. It is comfortable, well laid out, in a great location, and with a well stocked kitchen. The set-up with two separate bedrooms / bathrooms / balconies works well. The property manager is very kind, and the communication leading up to the visit is helpful. Highly recommend!

The property is very nice and the beach themed decor is attractive. The house was not clean when we got there but the property manager was very attentive but struggled to contact the maid service. When they arrived after 5pm, they were thorough. We had trouble sleeping due to the upstairs neighbor pacing loudly all night!

What a wonderful Wild Dunes treasure! Up to date decor that was super comfy and welcoming. Pool is stones throw away and beach is 5 minute walk. The pavilion is a 6 minute walk with restaurants, the boardwalk Inn, the Seagrass Inn and a fantastic spa! Everything at your finger tips in a safe and gated community! Can’t wait to return! Brian answered my texts within minutes!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is so pretty and the beds are so comfortable. The beach isn't too far of a walk. There really is no view from the decks and the decks are located off of the bedrooms and not off the main room. Charleston is an easy 11 mile drive, which we drove several times. The Wild Dunes is a great place to bike and run or walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

My husband, mother in law, 2 year old son , 5 year old daughter, and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We traveled by air and were worried about having to buy or rent beach chairs. We were happily surprised to find 6 beach chairs, a cart with wheels, beach toys, boogie board and umbrella for us to use. We also cooked a lot and had everything we needed. We had groceries delivered to our door from Harris Teeter on Saturday night when we arrived and it made it so easy! We would stay here again!

Mini family reunion

All good! Clean, cozy , comfortable. We were close to the family staying near by in Wild Dunes complex. Relaxed, environment! Only negative was that the days passed much too quickly. Restaurant “Long Island Cafe” accommodated all 18 of us and the individual family checks were all correct. A few Buffalo residents took home sunburns. Live and learn 😂Thanks for a great place to stay. Sandy
