The place was debilitated. The parking lot was all busted up pavement. There were window air-conditioners. It was on a very busy street. The building is an old motel that they half-assed fixed up to look good in pictures. One room didn't have a window at the place next door, the next one had cardboard and a handwritten number on it. It was a complete joke.
We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great and everything we had planned was fairly close by. The property had everything you could possibly need and felt very comfortable to be in. The only downside was this unit is right off a main road, and the noise from the cars could be heard occasionally, but it was never unbearable. We definitely plan to stay in the future!

We enjoyed the fun ambiance and had a blast with the stripper pole. We were looking forward to the hot tub which was a big reason why we booked the place, but were told after arrival that it was not functioning and the issue was not resolved during our stay. When we asked for an hour later checkout, we still had to pay for it. My recommendation would be to offer something small like that hour later checkout when one of the major attractions of the place is out of service. Otherwise, it’s a vibrant and convenient spot. Would book again.

We loved this unique spot! Easy to find/access, owner was great, super clean and comfortable! Awesome art on the walls if you're into that. Obviously, the pole, old school video games and hot tub did not disappoint! 🔥

The insulation strewn in the parking lot and general air of renovation was a bit off putting but no loud noises or inconveniences. Good times!

We stayed here for pride and it was very decently located. The amenities are cool, but it’s a very bolstered 2bed/1barh apartment. Nice place to have for this event, but parking was a bit weird. Stated we’d have 3 parking spots, but apparently that’s not the case. There’s a lot of parking though around the block and visitor parking we were told about.

Beautiful Idea. NOT 420 friendly inside. Aggressive Neighbor Hates 420 Outside. Not Owner’s Fault ❤️
So lots of things to note, both good and bad.
Overall, I’d say the owner of the property is absolutely fantastic. I’d love to rent one of his other properties sometime!!! He was readily available and extremely helpful.
The property itself though is not ideal. The biggest issue is that many things are not made clear in the description of this rental prior to arriving, so here are some things I wish I knew:
-neither bedroom has a dresser and one of them has no closet space as the only closet is locked. There is just barely enough room for people to sleep, and no room for possessions whatsoever in this secondary bedroom.
-the bathroom is comically small. Roughly the size of a publicly room toilet stall with a shower. No counter space. Doable for a single person being squished, but there’s no way I could have shared. I’m glad I was alone here until the second to last day
-BIGGEST NOTE I wish I’d known!!! The hot tub is NOT private. It looks like it from the photos. It is not. It is shared with the other units in the building, including this unit’s next door neighbor who will yell at you if you smoke 420 outside at ANY hour of the day, ANYWHERE on or near the property, including but not limited to all designated smoking areas, including the hot tub courtyard (which apparently has a Montessori school next door that he will yell at you about if you toke there) as well as the front yard, side porch, AND the parking lot next to your own car.
-this unit is NOT 420 friendly inside.
