This is an old fifth wheeler that was converted into a "tiny house." Its location is several miles from the main highway between Delta and Hotchkiss. The bed was comfortable. It has a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, kitchen sink, and a small TV with Netflix. Generally, the "tiny house" is a decent place for the price, though you have to understand its limitations. First, the bathroom is small, there is a sign not to throw toilet paper in the toilet, the height of the shower is inadequate, and the water heater does not have enough water for one shower. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling above the sofa and the floor is raised an inch or two around the sofa that I kept almost tripping on. We probably will not stay there again because we would pay more money for better accommodations. My summary is that it is a decent place for the money.
