Convenient location in Port Charlotte, close to YMCA, shopping, restaurants, 15 min ride to Beach Park, 30 min to Englewood Beach, 20 min to Fishermans Village. Oaks is a friendly community with residents playing bocci ball, or horseshoes or hanging out by the pool. This is a condominium, so guests will need to fill out the application, approval takes about a week. 3 MONTHS MINIMUM IN WINTER SEAZON.

Very Nice Stay!

We had a lovely time at the condo. The amenities were excellent! Very clean and felt like home. The pool was great and well taken care of. Would stay there again!

Property well maintained Great spot to travel in any direction. Shopping amazing. Proper dining areađź‘ŤComfortable sofa, private work space and such comfortable beds.
