Close to shopping, dining, golfing, and beaches. The home is fully furnished with many updates including new tiled walk-in showers, covered, parking, high-speed Internet, full kitchen, king and queen size beds. Living room includes pull out couch that has a queen size air mattress, fenced back yard and gas grill.

I have been blessed to live in Port Charlotte since 2019 and love sharing my home with others so they can relax while soaking in some beautiful sunshine in southwest Florida
Why they chose this property
This is a comfortable working class neighborhood that is centrally situated in Port Charlotte with easy access to I-75 or 41 and close to local markets, hospitals and shopping . I love walking my dog in the morning to the small local park nearby.
