Located in a peaceful, gated community and central to Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Santa Monica.

All bedrooms are upstairs. Master bedroom with ensuite features queen-size bed and private balcony. A futon and half bath is located downstairs, along with stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in private one-car garage. Community amenities include: indoor pool and hot tub, gym, BBQ grill, playground. Beach access via community walkway

Clean and quiet

Great place for what we paid. Nice community. Spacious and clean. We had plenty of room to put a queen air matress in master bedroom. Beds are not very comfortable, so I definitely recommend replacing matresses, but we would book again!
