Clearwater Condominiums is just .7 miles from The Hangout, 1 block from the Waffle House and within a mile of countless restaurants, shops and attractions. You'll be close to the Gulf Shores State Park which has nature trails and biking paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, and live concerts and events at The Wharf Amphitheater. And of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Spring break trip ‘25

Great place to hang our hats while exploring the beach and Gulf Shores!! Being right on the beach, amidst numerous dining options made it a great place. Staying on the first floor made the beach feel more intimate and made it much quicker to get out and enjoy what the area had to offer. Balcony furniture was surprisingly stout and a great place to relax at the start and end of the day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condominium with us.

Great price for a beachfront property!

This property is very clean and perfect for a family of 4-6. It has a great view of the beach from the balcony. In addition, it is on the first floor and is easy access to the beach. Gulf Shores is a quieter, less crowded, and less expensive version of Destin :-).

Enjoyed our stay so much

The condo was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the sand toys and beach toys/gear, washer and dryer, and bunk beds in the condo. They also had games and a small ice chest we used to take food/drinks out to the beach since I forgot ours. It was a place very family friendly. It’s one floor up from the ground with excellent views of the beach and pool. Our only issue was when we made the property management aware of something in the stairwell that needed immediate attention and it took almost a full 24 hours for them to get it done. We loved the trip and location was great.

It’s the prime spot. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. There’s a beautiful view and I was so glad we had clear view of the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful condo! There weren’t any pictures of bedrooms on website, but was pleasantly surprised to have 2 bunk beds also. Just a very pretty home, already booked another condo for future stay!

Perfect!

It was exactly as described. We were pleased to find plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys available for our enjoyment. The balcony view was second to none. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony for an early morning coffee while watching and listening to the waves come in. It was a dream vacation!

First time gulf shores visitors

No problems with communications. Unit was very roomy and quiet. Elevator was a plus. Parking was good. Nice balcony view, easy access to the beach. The Pool and chairs could use an update.No beach towels were provided which was an inconvenience. Unfortunately the floors were not cleaned in a while. Overall the stay was pleasant . Thanks

Gorgeous condo!

This little condo was just as pictured. The unit itself was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable—and the management company was extremely accommodating and helpful. The building does need some TLC, but we were pleasantly surprised when walking into the unit. Wish we knew they would not have things like extra trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper so we could have been better prepared.

We stay in this area often. I think your cleaning people need to be checked out. For what we get charged for cleaning fees We had to clean some things ourselves that clearly were seen. The condo was stocked with all the beach items you would need, but unlike other condos we have stayed this one is completely bare of any spices, coffee, zip locks. I get they do not have to provide that stuff. But it's been nice when you go into another condo and you have all that stuff has been and you don't have to go buy. I don't know if maybe that's their policy that their cleaning people wipe out everything, but there is nothing left. So if you are looking to have any type of Cooking spray, spices, coffee filters, there's nothing of that.

Perfect Mother’s Day weekend gateway.

We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Shores, Clearwater bldg unit 1D. Gulf Shores and the bldg: We had never been at Gulf Shores, AL and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The Clearwater bldg is located at a short driving distance to restaurant and many other amenities. It is also within walking distance to the Gulf Shores state park and all it has to offer including the fishing pier. Although the pier is currently closed, it is said to open this summer. At the Gulf Shores park you are able to rent bikes, e-bikes, kayaks, Segways, etc. We enjoyed a Segway tour through the park and loved the many trails and wild life experience. The unit: The condo itself is very close to the pool and the beach, making convenient to the family to access the water and unit as needed. Our family certainly enjoy the proximity feature. The unit was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and in great shape. It had many more amenities than we expected including three TV sets, air fryer, toaster and keureg coffee maker. We had everything we needed for breakfast in the morning. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and plenty of beach and pool toys (boogie boards, noodles, buckets, etc). There were also plenty of board family games for additional entertainment. The rental management company: The “My Beach Gateway” management company was outstanding. They communicated in multiple ways through email and texts at different times, before, during and after the stay. There were clear expectatio

Great location

Clean, nice two bedroom two bath, updated, 1st floor, steps to the beach and easy to drive to restaurants etc. Beach Getaways sends a link to their site that has helpful info. Beach towels not provided but beach chairs were. Would stay here again.
