Ocean-Front Townhouse Located in the Heart of Dewey! Looking for a getaway in Dewey that's walking distance to numerous bars - restaurants - and shops? Look no further than this tastefully remodeled 3 bedroom ocean front unit located in the middle of all the action. You will instantly feel on vacation as you walk though the door and enjoy the refurbished hardwood floors, brand new kitchen and appliances, and of course beach/ocean views! There's decks on the front and rear of the unit - perfect places to entertain with family and friends. There's a washer/dryer as well as a fully enclosed outside shower off the rear deck. The half bath is also located on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large bedroom with a king bed and gorgeous ocean views from the private deck! The other two bedrooms with double/single bunk beds are separated by an accordion door. There's also a full bath upstairs, which all three rooms have access to. Book today and enjoy an ocean front vacation this year!

This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot and 1 on-street Dewey parking permit.
No smoking is permitted in or on the property. No pets are permitted in the property. No grilling on the decks at any time. You can grill in the parking lot if you bring a grill.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $217.50.

7 Night Stays- starting mid June through August
2 Night Stays- starting May through mid June and September

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

We had a great stay. The location is extremely convenient being on the ocean, and we could walk to basically everything in Dewey Beach. The property was very clean and quiet. It was also very easy to take the Trolley into Rehoboth.

Phenomenal location and views

The location and views here simply can't be beat. 30 seconds to the beach? Yes please. And at night watching the moon light up the ocean and beach and listening to the waves is incredible. The house is everything you need for a good time at the beach and the washer dryer is very convenient. A very solid beach house

Beautiful and serene

Perfect beach getaway

The house was great, we had a wonderful weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The views from both decks were just what we needed for our mini vacation. Definitely will make this place a favorite.

End of Season Away Weekend

The beach views really made this rental special! Easy walk to restaurants. Note to others: coffee maker was pod not drip, so we had to go to the coffee shop at the end of the block (which was very nice and had good smoothies)

Beachfront weekend

This property was perfect for 2 couples planning a weekend getaway. It was close to everything, clean, spacious and oceanfront, just what we were looking for. It had beautiful ocean views from king bedroom. It mentioned that it had a screened in porch, which it did not, but didn’t affect our stay.

Great location

Our stay at unit 10 was wonderful. The interior was very clean and the renovation that was recently completed was very well done. The building was quiet and the neighbors were respectful. We were able to park our car and walk to any location we wanted. Only negatives were the ring cameras (felt like a bit of an invasion of privacy) and that no one cleaned the porches before our arrival. Overall a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a cousins weekend. Our parents were from Lewes, DE. We enjoy Dewey, DE for the closeness of everything, we walk to what ever the need is, whether it is food, drink, or fresh produce. Love being ocean front in a clean, comfortable and well supplied house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were celebrating my Mom's Memorial. She passed away on 4.2.23...she had taken me and my Family to Surfside Plaza for almost 40 years so it was the perfect place to "celebrate" our love for her.

Oceanfront Dewey spactacular views!

House was pretty and had nice furnishings. Musty smell upon arrival (oceanfront??) Slightly disappointed that there was not a screened-in patio as listed. Also only one loveseat on the upper deck. After a storm, had a power surge and Owner responded quickly and the breaker panel was located. Quiet area even though close to restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect beach house! It was exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated and we loved the beachy (but upscale) decor. Everything was new and it was so comfortable for our group. Plenty of space to relax and you can’t beat the location- easy walk to restaurants, bars and right on the beach. One night we took the trolly into Rehoboth and it was so easy! The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to make beautiful dinners to enjoy on the porch with the waves crashing in the background. Owners thought of everything- down to the serving platters, cocktail shakers, games and even books to read. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly and the place was spotless- and we are super picky. Communication with the property manager was very responsive and made our stay easy. We will absolutely rebook for next season, highly recommend this property!
