Enjoy stunning direct waterfront views of the Great South Bay from this recently renovated 3,200 sqf house. Swim off the back of your yard or at the property pool and at a private beach.

300mb Fiber Optic internet

1st floor: living room with fireplace, formal dining room, game room with 75" TV, kitchen, bedroom suite, 1.5 bathrooms.

2nd floor: three bedrooms and two bathrooms, home-office space, balcony overlooking the water and a well-sized laundry room.

Water views full and partial from every bedroom in the house.

King Master Suite is on the second floor, has direct water views, balcony, jetted tub, vaulted ceilings and an in-suite office.

Three houses away from Bellport golf course and a short drive (1.5 miles) to Bellport downtown with small shops, cafes and restaurants.

The water and the property are separated by a bulwark.

We had a great time. Perfect for a nice family getaway. Great backyard setup right on the water to relax and take in the views. House had everything we needed and zero issues during our stay. Would definitely book again.

Family get away

The house was in a great location with beautiful views, perfect layout, and size for our family in town for a function. Unfortunately, it was winter so we did not get to experience the pool or sitting on the outside deck.

Family vacation and family wedding

Wonderful property with fantastic views. Great for multigenerational families. We stayed with our adult children and 3 grandchildren ages 5,8 and 10. Pool was a highlight.

Check in was easy. Kitchen needed more dishes and pots and pans. There were no placemats for dining room table. Need to bring spices and whatever else you would need for cooking. All in all we all still had a fun time.

This property was a great fit for our family. The photos are accurate, but don't do the real views justice, its a beautiful spot. We stayed for a week, but could have stayed longer. Everything in the home worked well, communication with the property management was quick and easy. Hope to be back next year

Amazing stay - stunning views

This house is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, spacious and stunning views. My family and I spent the weekend to celebrate a 60th birthday party. We had six people spend the spend the weekend and host 16 family members for lunch on Saturday. The views are just beautiful and the neighborhood was lovely. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and the host. We had a couple of questions on where to find certain things and Andrey always responded within minutes!
