If you are looking for a convenient downtown Breckenridge location then chalet Anna is it. Located just 4 blocks from Main street in the Historic district of Breckenridge, Chalet Anna is the perfect place for those who want great views of the mountains and a short walk to Main St.

This home has just been fully remodeled to our very high standards with lovely furniture, gourmet kitchen and upscale linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances that you will need. Right on the deck outside is a gas grill so that you can BBQ with a wonderful vista of the 10 Mile Range

For those who prefer cozy surroundings, this Victorian style home will please. Situated on three levels, there is plenty of living space in this 2700 sq ft home.

The home has 2 decks and 2 balconies to allow you to relax and take in all the beauty of Summit County. The main deck leads off the dining room and kitchen and features Adirondack chairs, table / umbrella / 4 chairs, grill and hot tub. The front deck is covered and has a lovely porch swing bench to enjoy the morning sun whilst having your coffee. Both the master bedrooms have a balcony. The balcony from the mountain master bedroom conveniently leads down to the main deck and the hot tub.

We have endeavored to make your stay at Chalet Anna as comfortable as possible and our amenities make all the difference. Enjoy our bath robes when you got outside to the hot-tub. Sleep comfortably under our European style duvets and breath easier when using the humidifiers that are in each bedroom. All the bathrooms have lovely plush towels and luxury Molton Brown toiletries. Need to stay in touch - easy with our high speed wireless internet access.

Not only does the home have a large flat screen TV in the living room, there is also a second living room downstairs with a wet bar and huge TV + playstation. The perfect spot for kids to play when the parents want to have so chill out time upstairs. There are also flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms.

We bought the home in 2010 as it was a great property in an ideal location. Having lived in Breckenridge for 20 years, we always wanted to own and rent on a short term basis a home right in the heart of Breckenridge. We have totally remodeled the home so that our guests can enjoy the town we have called home as much as we do.

High St in Breckenridge has always been a very desirable part of town to live in and equally we knew that our guests would love the large trees, peaceful setting and charm of this neighborhood.

A week in chalet Anna was superb, comfortable room, clean and spacious chalet, great hot tub. Great chef, the food was faultless. We were made to feel at home, myself being a non skier had the chalet to myself all day....total relaxation. It was a short and easy walk into town. My family were picked up each morning at a time which was convenient to them and taken to the gondola and picked up again at a pre-set time after a days skiing, that suited everyone. Every convenience considered. A well run Chalet , a fantastic holiday.



Breckenridge itself was a lovely town, plenty of shops , bars and great restaurants.

PERFECT LOCATION AND GREAT ROOM ARRANGEMENT

We enjoyed our week at Breck which only could have been improved with less rain!! Chalet Anna was the perfect choice for us!! We easily walked to Main Street, the trail heads to the east and the playground. The grandchildren and their parents occupied the bottom level which proved to be a good option for them. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining area had plenty of space. The outdoor space had many options but we especially loved the porch swing. We had a great time!

Chalet Anna

Chalet Anna is beautifully maintained and furnished. There are spectacular views of the mountains from the deck. It was excellent for our purposes as we had three family groups, each needing space and privacy. The main floor accommodated all of us together. The owners were prompt and accommodating when we had a few questions.

Chalet Anna week

We were completely satisfied with our week-long stay at Chalet Anna. Great location - Five easy blocks to Main Street. The house was ready for our earlier that planned arrival and James the owner was very accommodating about a slightly later than normal check-out. Kitchen was first rate, bedrooms excellent. We enjoyed every day of our stay.

A perfect home for our Breckenridge vacation

Chalet Anna was a perfect home for our family's Breckenridge vacation. It included everything our family of six adults and two young children needed for a satisfying week -- a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two decks overlooking the mountains, a hot tub, and a lower level TV room. The home also has six TV screens.

Upon our arrival the home was spotless, with everything we wanted and more of kitchen utensils and appliances. It provided everything we needed to immediately start enjoying our vacation -- bed sheets and covers, towels, and paper products for initial use.

One of the very best aspects of The home is it's location, four blocks from Main Street. It is very close to all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer, yet very quiet and almost directly across from a trailhead providing access to a number of trails on the hill above the home. We were staying during the week of July 4 and it was a great experience to gave a short walk to the 4th of July parade and to watch fireworks from the deck of the home.

Maybe the best aspect of our rental experience was the owner's responsiveness to all of our communications before and during the stay. It was rare for him to take longer than a couple of hours to respond to email and he was always immediately accessible by phone. We did have a couple minor issues that we had to contact him for, and he came to the home and took care of them for us.

The only suggestion we would make is to either provide fans for the upstairs bedrooms, or advise renters to bring them if they are renting the home during the summer months. Although the temperatures at night were in the lower 70s in the rooms we found that we would have been more comfortable with moving air.

If we are able to return to Breckenridge for a family vacation we will definitely try to rent Chalet Anna. It really did provide a wonderful experience for our whole family.

Great House and Awesome Location

We went spent 6 nights here during our kids spring break. The place was perfect for 2 families. There are 2 main bedroom suites on the 2nd level, each with their own bath. The lower level has 2 bedrooms. I room had 2 twin beds for the boys and the 2nd bedroom had a queen size bed for the girls. The bathroom is plenty big for the kids with a shower and 2 sinks. There is a small room with a TV, couch, chair and fridge for the kids to hang out in. This is also where you will come in and out after your day of skiing. Plenty of hooks and cubbies for all your things. The main level has a huge kitchen with a window that looks out at the mountain range. The deck with the hot tub was a perfect way to end our day. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook ( there are plenty of spices to use ) We loved the high end stove, Fridge and the 2 dishwashers was a bonus. Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor was great. Just a short block and a half to the free shuttle that takes you to lift 9 or the gondola. At night we were a quick walk to main street where there are many restaurants and shops to choose from. We did all of our shopping in Frisco at the Walmart and Whole Foods. I highly recommend making dinner reservations at least a week in advance. Many restaurants do not take a reservation. Most people walk in give their name and then walk main street until their table is ready. We also brought in food one night. James was great to work with. He was always available by phone and answered our emails with in hours. I would rent from any of his properties again. The house was spotless! Our trip to could not have been better. Thank you!!!

Beautiful home in great downtown location

This beautiful property was perfect for three couples., The private hot tub is on a lovely rear deck and has a great view of the slopes. The chefs kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable and each equipped with a humidifier. While there is no covered parking, there are dedicated spaces in front of and behind the house. However, even with the record snowfall we had during our stay, the streets were plowed regularly and the property was shoveled almost daily, keeping the steps, decks, and pathways clear. Because of the short walk to Main Street, we didn't have to use the car once while in town. James was very responsive to anything that needed attention. I would definitely recommend this property.
