This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath point unit with a spacious living room with plenty of seating, TV DVD, balcony access, and a great ocean view. The kitchen is equipped for basic meal preparation. WiFi is provided.
The unit has 2 ocean front bedrooms with private baths and deck access. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 twins. The 3rd bedroom also has 2 twin beds. There's a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.
The Shipwatch Villas building has an elevator, plus the Shipwatch complex has a community swimming pool.
Please Note: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
