Everything inside the house was brand new and clean and it was perfect for our family of four. We had our dog so the dog door going out to the pool area was absolutely huge. Great place!

LOVED this property. We were there for 23 wonderful days. My first impression was how clean the house was. Nataliya supplied us with plenty of everything from towels (even beach towels) to the well-appointed kitchen. All kinds of games, toys for pups, plenty of beach gear. The house sits at the end of the street, so no traffic, but what struck me as I was floating in the pristine swimming pool was how quiet the neighborhood is. My back appreciated how comfortable the beds are. Cape Coral is convenient to the Ft. Myers beaches, the airport, activities. Plenty of great restaurants. Nataliya, you are a wonderful host, and we are definitely coming back next year. See you in '27!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic waterside villa – ideal for families! We stayed with our wife and 4 children and had a brilliant holiday. We were sceptical at first as there were only 3 reviews, but realised it’s a new listing – and we’re so glad we booked! Arrival exceeded expectations: the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, all appliances like new, perfect for family meals. Beds are huge and incredibly comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The laundry room was a great bonus. Pool area is lovely, though lighting was installed but not yet connected – host replied instantly to explain it’s a new feature still being finished. It was dark at night but didn’t affect our enjoyment. Garage is massive – great space that would be even better with a pool or table tennis table. Location is wonderful, right on the water. Highly recommended – we’d love to return!
