Long term only. Enjoy a sun-filled getaway in this updated 4 BR/3BA open plan home w/pool, spa, and outdoor barbecue bar. Our Rancho Mirage home is centrally located. You can bike to Starbucks, walk to food stores and the Flea Mkt. 2 BRs have Murphy beds and easily used for home offices. The master BR has a king bed and walk out to the pool. The 4th BR is a casita with queen bed and private entrance. Renter pays utilities. Costs vary depend on how often you use the pool heater and AC.
