Located on the golf course, this newly renovated 3-bdrm home has beautiful views from all windows. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want, including a golf cart, to make your stay convenient and fun.

There are two pools and jacuzzis a few steps from the condo and restaurants, movie theaters and shopping a short drive away.

This home has ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and central air and heating. It also has a gas burning fireplace.
You can sit on the porch and watch the ducks and geese in the pond and golfers as they play the 9th hole. Or, you can relax in the courtyard while listening to the fountains and
barbecuing lunch or dinner.

The street the condo is on is lovely, and the neighbors are very friendly.

Perfect place for our first visit to Palm Springs! We loved being right on the golf course and close to all the Palm Springs activities. The condo was very clean, well maintained and filled with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Having fresh grapefruit right outside was a delight! Marilyn is a wonderful host and always very prompt about returning messages and checking in to see if we needed anything. THANK YOU!

We Will Be Coming Back!

We had a great stay at this condo. We enjoyed coffee on the shaded patio in the morning watching the golfers finish their round on hole 18. The view of the golf course and mountains in the distance was fabulous and relaxing. The kitchen was spacious and functional and was open to the dining and living space with plenty of comfortable seating. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the hall with plenty of closet space and TV’s in both rooms. The third bedroom/den had a Murphy bed and corner desk if needed. We enjoyed having availability of a parking space in the garage. Two pools were in close proximity and both were heated. The gated neighborhood was friendly and easy for getting a daily walk in. We could also enjoy fresh grapefruit and oranges from trees throughout the area. The owner, Marilyn, was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive to any of our questions. We are already looking forward to another stay next year. Thanks for sharing your condo!

My husband, Jim, and I currently live in St. George, Utah. During the previous 20 years we lived in San Diego, and we loved spending our free time visiting Palm Springs.
So....we finally decided to purchase a vacation rental home in Palm Springs that we could also use for ourselves and our friends and relatives from time to time.

We spent several weeks searching for just the right place and finally
found what we were looking for in the condo on Calle Loreto. We chose this place, over many others, for several reasons. The layout of the home is very open and spacious. Perfect for entertaining. The kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom, and living room all look onto the lovely golf course; the bedrooms are well separated to provide privacy for all guests; the kitchen is large, with plenty of counter space and high-end appliances, including a warming oven and a wine cooler.

We also love the drive from the gated entrance of our development to the condo. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. There are several pools and jacuzzis throughout the development and lots of trees and flowers.

This condo is on a very nicely maintained street and has views of the golf course from several windows. The back patio is enclosed with a short wall and looks onto the golf course and a pond. This home also has a very large and private courtyard with fountains and a gas bbq.

The home has been completely updated and newly painted.
