Amenities and decor needed

The house is beautifully designed and up to date. A few issues: no coffee or side tables in LR, limited glassware available, slippery tub upstairs with no grab rails, no towel racks in bathroom, few coat hangers, the rooster!! (One in the neighborhood and, often in the yard. Quite the noisy fella!)
