Options are endless, but you can end your day in comfort at this deluxe apartment!
Relax and enjoy this beautiful 1st-floor apartment. Just 2 miles from the highway to take you North into all DoCo had to offer and 3 minutes from downtown Sturgeon Bay! This beautiful and remodeled lower apartment offers two bedrooms, one bathroom with a dream shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and living space. Bedroom one offers a king bed while bedroom 2 includes two full-size beds.

Overall it was ok. At least for 3 adults and 4 kids we had enough space to stay. Additionally the kitchen with everything is needed is a big plus. The room(s) were clean. There are few concerns the owner can and can’t handle. The house is located on the crossroads. Even if it’s not super busy, but still you have to take it into consideration. Also all beds are metal and creaky.

Nice location

Just a quick one night stay while passing through. Overall the apartment is quite nice, clean, spacious, nice location, friendly staff. The only issue we had were with the beds. The mattresses were comfortable, but the bed frames were creaky and made a noise with every move.

Positives and Negatives

We stayed 5 nights at this location. This unit was in a good location with ample parking and easy access. Apartment was surface clean and well equipped with most of what you would need for your stay. All the outside and porch lights were burnt out so we had to use flashlights to get in and out. Main issue was communication. We tried to use the washing machine and water began pouring out the back into the laundry room. We turned it off and discovered it did not have all the appropriate hoses. There was no mop so we had to use all our towels to soak up what we could. We contacted the hotel that appears to be the property manager and told them exactly what they needed to fix it. They said they would send a maintenance guy over. When we got back that night still no fix. Called the hotel again and they said they would call the owner and that we could come there & get towels. They assured us the owner or maintenance guy would come that night or next day. The next day when we got back still nobody. We called again and told them this is call number 3 and we are out of clothes now and she said she called the owner and he said…Are we wanting someone to bring a washer over that evening? I told her the washer literally just needed a $13 hose. I told her my husband said he could go and buy it and put it on if we had his permission and he would reimburse us the hose cost and bring us a mop. She said she would just have the owner call us directly. He never did and it was not fixed.

Absolutely Wonderful property and adorable and cozy home!! The use of the beach was a extra plus as well. We felt very safe during our visit in door county, especially at our rental property.
