The property is located on the pristine, award winning Raven Golf Course. Guests can enjoy relaxing views amongst the mature pine trees on either the front or back porch, being a chef in the fully appointed kitchen with suede granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, or traveling the resort roads and paths to adventures on the beach or the bay. The resort has access to both.

The first floor hosts the spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living room area with lofty vaulted ceilings perfect for friends and families to gather, or to watch the big game on the large streaming TV.

The master bedroom is a spacious en-suite with golf course views, king bed, streaming TV and direct access to the back covered porch.

The master bathroom provides a large soaking tub, double granite top vanity with vessel sinks and a generous shower space.

The first floor also includes one of the two, bedroom en-suites. This room has a queen bed, streaming TV and direct access to the covered front porch.

The second floor also includes a bedroom en-suite that provides a multi purpose space, complete with full over full bunk beds, streaming TV, crib and a desk space for those needing to squeeze some work time in.

Beachfront dining at The Beach House, allows you a close place to eat and drink while relaxing at the beach (along with a bathroom, which is something rarely found on 30-A) Guests can also Tee up out the back door on Raven’s Hole #3, along with the use of 15 world class tennis courts.
