Best Overall Beach Vacation Rental in the Carolinas & Includes Pier w/Boat Dock

Great property for Marathon, SUP, and Ironman competitions. Wrightsville Beach at its BEST! Enjoy a wonderful view with beautiful sunsets from the large deck overlooking Banks Channel Sound. A large upper level porch faces East for viewing the sunrise over the ocean. Spacious family beach house, interior totally renovated in 2019, with three new up-dated bathrooms. Privately owned sound-side beach (50 foot shoreline) with a pier (2016), that includes gazebo, twenty foot floating dock/boat slip that can dock up to a 32 foot boat. The ocean beach is less then a three minute walk with easy public access. Large open living room, dining room, and kitchen with vaulted ceiling. All the modern amenities. Nice separation of bedrooms from living space. Upper level has master bedroom with private bath, queen bedroom, and twin bedroom. Lower level has a bedroom with 3 twin beds, and a bedroom with 5 twin beds and TV. Private outside shower with hot water. Under house parking for six cars. Sound side beach and pier are ideal for children, boat access, fishing, kayaking, swimming, and all other water activities. Short walk to downtown. GREAT house for families and groups. Very comfortable and functional.
PLEASE NOTE-bed linens and towels are NOT included. Linen rental is available from Seaside Linen & Rental Co in Wilmington, NC. 910-793-4208.
