This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We were able to walk to the bus station go down to the aquarium. Lots of restaurants, bars snd shops within walking distance. House was clean and well kept. The pillows were flatter than I prefer but perfect for my husband.

We were there for a wedding at the Historic around the corner - perfect location Could walk to bars restaurants etc Street parking was hard to get but having the garage was great. The set up of the main floor with the bedrooms on the upper 2 floors was perfect for our party of 6Would stay again! Thank you

House was very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the extra soft cozy blankets since it was so cold out during our stay. Easy access and great location. Very spacious and nice having en-suite baths!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental very much while visiting Chattanooga! The rental was clean, updated and had plenty of space to meet our family needs. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We were close to several amenities which made it convenient to do some day traveling and come back for quick breaks as needed. Overall we’d give this place five stars and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Overall the house was good but attention to detail would make it great. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues which the owner apologized for. There were no wine glasses. Owner was very responsive when we had a question about the locks.

Great location

The place was only a short drive to all the attractions and close to downtown. It was walkable to many restaurants within 1 mile. We have 4 kids, our youngest being 5, so we personally didn’t think it was ideal. There is a detached personal garage but our Yukon XL did not fit. We just parked the car in the garage and left the door open without any problems. The only complaint with the place was the cleanliness. There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floors and in the showers. The bath mats could have been washed or replaced. I would suggest bringing your own towels and wash clothes because there were a few that you can tell have been used and washed often.

Great property manager

The property manager (Bryon) was exceptional. They were very responsive and patient with with all of my questions. We were a group of three couples which the apartment easily accommodated (3 bedrooms/3-1/2 baths). The garage easily fit 2 cars which made it very convenient. The only concern was that the apartment could have been a bit cleaner, but all in all it was acceptable. On the 2nd night, there was an issue with the A/C which Bryon did their best to resolve, but being on a weekend, the technician wasn't able to make it out Saturday evening. Bryon offered and did refund one night of stay which we thought was more than generous. It was a good apartment, we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. Bryon, thanks again for being a very good, and generous host!
