Well the hurricane had the hotel closed and they would not refund the reservation. I know rules are rules but if they had to close they should not have attempted to charge any stay as they will be compensated by insurance, for loss of business income. Double compensation should be fraud. SMH!

Owners andt just don't care

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room changed by resort without notice or compensation. Owners and MGMT efused to address mold on walls and dust/dirt on cabinets, doors. Bedroom door was separating.
