Enjoy paradise and breathtaking views from the 22nd floor of this beautiful decorated condominium which offers a comfy king size master bedroom with flat screen tv and a fun bunk area for the kids. The spacious living and dining areas both overlook the emerald green waters and sugar white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. If you are looking for a beachfront vacation condo with all the extras and luxuries of home, this is the one for you!

This unit also features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat screen TVs in all rooms, cable, internet, wifi, and a private balcony for you to relax while enjoying your morning coffee or while taking in the spectacular sunsets. Free daily beach chair service for two is also included! Additionally, enjoy your RESERVED covered parking spot in garage located directly beneath the condo building - no street crossovers.

Celadon Beach Resort is a first class resort. It features incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in the most desirable west end of Panama City Beach. There are two pools (one beach side and one indoor/outdoor heated), two hot tubs, tennis court, pickleball court, fitness center, clubhouse with full kitchen (available to rent for special events or meetings) , 2 picnic & grilling areas, and covered garage parking. On the beach you will find jet skis, parasailing, kayaks, etc., or book a deep sea fishing trip, dolphin tour, or trip to Shell Island from our full service beach hut. We are near to golf, diving, sailing, fishing, and more.

Celadon Beach is only 3 miles from the popular Pier Park and City Pier, featuring Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville - it's 5 o'clock somewhere!! You'll also find many other wonderful restaurants such as: the Hook'd, Back Porch, Pompano Joe's, and Dick's Last Resort, just to name a few. You'll also find plenty of entertainment for all ages at the Skywheel at Pier Park, which includes a ropes course, mini golf and much more. Pier Park also hosts many local art and souvenir shops, snacks, and a 16-screen movie & IMAX theatre. And, there's plenty of nightlife, too. Grab a cool one and dance the night away at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge or enjoy The Royal Escape Room or a round of Axe Throwing. During the summer, you can also enjoy free concerts for the whole family. Lots of fun for all, with plenty of parking, and only 3 miles east of Celadon Beach. Definitely worth a visit during your stay!

This particular condo is outstanding. Even better than the photos posted. The attention to detail and all amenities made our stay stress free, comfortable and wonderful for our well being. We enjoyed our week at Rick’s condo. Rick is very attentive and helpful. The condo is clean and stocked well. The view from the balcony is Beautiful! Having beach chair service is a Huge plus! Unfortunately, one elevator was out of service during our stay. We made the best of it, making sure we had everything we needed before heading out.

Amazing condo!

The condo was absolutely awesome, very clean and very welcoming. The owner went above and beyond by giving us great local sights and names of restaurants that he enjoyed as a local. The parking is great, one of the few directly below the building not across the street. The pools and hot tubs are divine, location was central and easy to navigate to and from. We loved the beach chairs. Perfect spot on the beach and the 22nd floor has unmatched views. We hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful view out from the condo and our kids loved having 2 different pools as another option from the ocean. We loved that the condo was next to a row of houses so the beach was less busy in one direction. Quick access to stores and places to eat!
