Enjoy the convenience of our super clean and cozy remodeled two bed and one bath! It is perfect for families and friends who want to checkout the city, but need a quiet place to stay. Located in the historic Coronado District, you'll have all the comforts of home only 10 minutes from the airport and downtown area. The home has been fully updated and lovingly decorated inside and out for your enjoyment. You'll have your own backyard as well as a garage to protect your car from the sun!

This home has been renovated with raised ceilings, murals inside and out, and modern appliances. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen/bathroom and comfortable living spaces. There are two desks/office chairs in the home as well incase you need to get some work done.
Relax in your own backyard complete with a propane grill and propane fire pit. Take a walk to Coronado Park and relish the peaceful neighborhood!

Cute spot!

Great rental in the heart of Phoenix

We wanted a location close in, and it was easy to get to all we enjoyed. Arts District 5 minutes. Downtown Farmers Market 7 minutes. Beautiful Encanto Park 10 minutes. Dreamy Draw Preserve 15 minutes. Propago Park or South Mountains Park Preserve 25 minutes. Unit was clean & well stocked. Matt & Anna were perfect hosts & easy to contact. We’ll stay here again when in Phoenix.

Why they chose this property

The Coronado district is fully of historic homes that have been beautifully remodeled. If you're into art this is the neighborhood for you. Take a 10 minute walk over to Oak Alley and check out the murals that adorn the entire street. It's amazing!

What makes this property unique

Within walking distance to two parks and great restaurants (Casa Corazon & The Main Ingredient).

Phoenix has so much to offer and our home is the perfect home base to do some sightseeing! Downtown & the airport are within 10 minutes, Scottsdale and Tempe are approximately 20 minutes.
