Enjoy beautiful sunsets by the pool, on the water, or simply by opening the living room slider. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has many amenities you can enjoy. Located on the St. John’s River, with a 24 foot boat slip, you will have access to grills, a fire pit, pool and outdoor kitchen. It is located in close proximity to serval popular restaurants and bars which offer live music and entertainment. The public boat ramp is just down the street, providing easy access to launch your boat and arrive within minutes to the condominium docks. Welaka is a charming little town with many nearby destinations as well as parks and festivals! We hope you come experience all the fun Sunset Getaway has to offer!
