This home is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home that sleeps fourteen guests in the lovely Sand Point neighborhood in Port Aransas with direct beach access. You can walk right to the local favorite hangout, the Beach Lodge. Stand out on your balcony and watch the waves roll in or make the short walk to the beach or community pool and enjoy your vacation on island time.

When you enter this home, you are in for a Beachin` Good Time, with a kitchen that`s ready for you and your whole crew that has two refrigerators and two dishwashers. You will have more than enough room for all your necessities. This kitchen has new cookware, dishes, and glassware, as well as a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Walk over to the gorgeous dining room and find room for eight guests to take a seat and enjoy some quality time over games or a good meal! Is it time to relax? Head into the living room and find yourself a seat on this large plush L-shaped couch that has room for all to get cozy after a long day of fun in the Texas sun.
This vacation home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 14 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, a flat-screen TV, and access to your own restroom. You can find a queen bedroom and a bunkroom that have two full-sized bunk beds and pull-out twin trundles with a private balcony on the first floor. As you head to the second floor, you will discover two king-sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. On the top floor of this home, you will find a suite with a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, a twin-sized sofa bed, and a desk if you need to get some work done. You will have wonderful views of the ocean from here; you may never want to leave!

The patio of this home has two charcoal grills for cookouts; there is a Weber grill for smaller meals or a large pit for a full family feast! With tons of space for friends and family, this area is the perfect hangout spot for a pre-dinner gathering. You can also find an outdoor shower out here to wash off those sandy toes from your day at the beach before you head inside. There is a neighborhood pool located close by where you can take a dip and enjoy the sunshine if the sand at the beach isn`t your thing or if you just want a change of pace.
