The dining room boasts 15-foot vaulted ceilings with a statement piece chandelier and a stunning painting to enjoy while you're eating dinner at your Restoration Hardware dining table that comfortably seats 12 people.


Cook a delicious meal in your chef's kitchen with an induction stove and stainless steal appliances. Sit with your family at the oversized quartz countertop kitchen island for a breakfast basking in the sun while looking out on your backyard. Enjoy the spacious open concept kitchen-living room with a gas fireplace to heat up your cool summer nights. Throw on the fireplace light show to set the mood while enjoying a drink from your speakeasy-inspired bar with a wine fridge.


Walk from the dining room, kitchen, or living room through two sets of double glass doors out to your luxurious backyard, featuring a 20x40 foot in-ground, heated pool with an attached heated overflow spa. Using a remote control, easily light up your pool at night to showcase your waterfall spa and create a serene atmosphere for your relaxing getaway. Enjoy dining outside on your patio in the shade of a retractable awning. Use your four-burner Weber BBQ gas grill to whip up a delicious meal to eat at your outdoor dining table or while lounging on the wicker chairs.


Work off all those great meals in your fully-equipped gym! A spacious 400 sqft room with a large tv to stream workout classes and a full length mirror to check your form. Equipment includes an Inspire Universal Trainer dual-cable machine, adjustable dumbbells (up to 55 lbs), bench, bands, yoga ball, and mats.


All three full bathrooms are fully tiled from floor to ceiling with floating quartz vanities and light-up mirrors giving you a spa-like feel. Two bathrooms feature walk in showers with glass doors, while the third bathroom is equipped with a modern bathtub with tri-fold glass.


All five bedrooms are fully furnished with California closet built-ins, platform beds and side tables. Four of the bedrooms have queen beds while the primary bedroom comfortably fits a large king bed, a walk-in closet, and ensuite. One of the bedrooms includes a large desk and can double as an office.


Enjoy four large Samsung smart TVs with an Apple TV included in the main floor living room. Watch your favorite shows on the 75 inch TV located on the lower level living room, perhaps after playing a game of ping pong (large ping pong table not pictured but included on lower level).


A full sized washer-dryer is located in the dedicated laundry room that leads to a finished garage with epoxy floors. In the garage, there's a second refrigerator and storage to leave your beach towels and chairs. Two bikes are included and can be stored in the garage.


Take advantage of your keyless entry thanks to the 'Simply Safe' security system. A unique code will be provided to you upon arrival.
