Dear Ali, First of all our sincerest apologies that your experience wasn't what you expected. We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction and we always address our customers concerns. As our homes are all on a Barrier Island without customer feedback we would be completely unaware if there was a problem so we truly and sincerely appreciate your feedback. We have replaced all the shower heads in the bathroom. Our plumber has come in and done a descaling on the faucets and all seem to be running smoothly at this time. When people come to the Island often times the fill the refrigerator to the top. Unfortunately when this happens it disrupts the airflow in the refrigerator and causes items to freeze. We have checked the temperature repeatedly and have placed several items in the refrigerator overnight and nothing has been frozen so while we unstand the frustration this is beyond our control. We are on a barrier island and unfortunately ants are part of life. We have pest control on the island and they spray our homes regularly. As it says on our contract we ask customers to notify us and we try to address issues as quickly as possible. Our pest control company has been out since but as homes are rented seasonly ants from time to do occur and address them as soon as we can in between regularly scheduled visits. Thank you for mentioning the outdoor furniture we are currently in the process of doing inventory on all of our homes outdoor furniture and working to replace and repair what we have to. Golf carts like every motorized vehicle can be a hazard if there are issues. We are grateful to have a golf cart mechanic who comes out to the Island. We have notified him of your concerns and the cart is currently being tested, and if need be, repaired. The kitchen utensils were replaced prior to your visit and we have just put in an order for fresh pillows. While we always have extra bedding options in the house and have plenty of pillows to double up on, a few extra pillows doesn't hurt if it makes our customers happy. The home comes with 2 dock slips that we offer to guests. While we work hard to accommodate everyone the 3rd slip that you are referring to does not belong to our home and we have no control over who docks there. While we understand that the slip is near our property it is independently owned and rarely in use.
