The master bedroom includes a king size bed. and the other two bedrooms are queen size beds. Enjoy the river views while relaxing in the hot tub with friends or family.

Trash day is Monday morning. all trash should be in sealed bags please. no loose trash.
Take off shoes upon entering the house. No smoking within 20 ‘ from home
You dirty it, you clean it! Put dirty linens in hamper and start the washing machine before leaving. Put trash in the dumpster provided. Leave bed spread folded on bed. Cleaner will wash and sanitize.
Hot tub use. No glass containers in or around hot tub. Turn jets off when done using hot tub. Enter hot tub only with proper swim wear. Childers must have parental supervision at all times. Latch all 4 corners of the hot tub cover when done using!
