We just put this property on VRBO in March 2024 after a year of only being on abnb where we average 4.97 stars on over 30 reviews!

Just off Harmony Road, and minutes from I-25, you'll have easy access to many of NoCo's attractions - Shopping, Dining, Hiking, Biking, Breweries, Wineries, Golfing, and more!

Daytrip to Denver or to the many nearby mountain attractions (Horsetooth Reservoir, Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Boulder & others). At the end of the day, relax with a bonfire as you watch the sun set over the mountains!

Fully furnished single story home with modern decor. Primary bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle. 2nd bathroom with tub/shower. Open concept kitchen has an island with seating for 3. Dining area with table for 6. Gas fireplace and sectional sofa in living area. Reading nook with desk, chair and loveseat. Laundry room with washer/dryer. 3 car garage. Back covered patio and fire pit.

Mountain view

Brett is a wonderful host. He responded quickly and was very helpful. The house was perfect for our family. The 2nd bathroom was great for getting ready in the morning. The house is just as pictured. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had family come have smores with the kids at the Fire Pit. It has rocks around it that provide plenty of setting room. I was very comfortable, and loved watching the mountains change colors. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is open to living room which I enjoyed being included in the conversations while preparing meals. The large island gave us a lot of room to prepare food, and the stools worked great for breakfast. It's a friendly neighborhood. Our neighbor even brought us a bouquet of lilacs. It was very quiet. No traffic noises yet it's close to Loveland and Fort Collins. I would defiantly stay here again.

Wonderful, clean, spacious house, with FABULOUS views of the mountains!

The house was super clean and cozy! Plenty of rooms and beds. Big patio to enjoy the amazing views of the mountains! Everything we needed and more was available at the house! We really enjoyed our stay. Located close to family who live in a nearby city. Thank you so much!
