Other things to note
We do not allow pets except for licensed ADA service animals, and you must provide us information about the service they perform.
• You must read and agree to our House Rules before booking, particularly regarding messaging us, keeping the cottage tidy, and our check-out procedure.
• We require a refundable security deposit from guests new to AirBnB or with fewer than 3 AirBnB reviews, and will discuss terms at booking. Security deposit payment must be made before occupying.
• This cottage is not suitable for children under 13.
• Maximum occupancy is TWO persons. There is only one bed, no pull-out couch or other portable bed or sleeping couch is available.
• All persons staying need to be listed at booking, with names and contact information provided, for insurance purposes.
• We recommend that our guests carry trip insurance if they have potential health concerns, pending personal circumstances, or if your reservation falls in our hurricane season (6/1 - 12/1). We do not refund for shortened stays and cannot be responsible for weather-related issues.
