About this property

Bohemian tiny house in the trees

Beautiful Bohemian tiny house in the forest or Northern Arizona. Come unwind and reconnect with nature in this charming tiny house situated on 20 acres. The home features a lofted Queen bed, sofa sleeper (full size bed), fully equipped kitchen, dining table/desk, electric fireplace, tile shower, toilet, Keurig with pods, Kohler fixtures throughout, and
AC/heat.

Guests have access to the entire property, we just ask that you stay out of the existing structures on site as they are historic, and are used for equipment storage for the owners.

There are other buildings on the property: 2 other tiny house rentals, a historic cabin, a barn, sheds and we live in a tiny house on the other side of the property. Explore the expansive grounds or venture a few minutes to Sycamore Canyon, Schulz Lake, Sycamore Falls or Dogtown Lake.

Due to our rural setting, we do not offer WiFi at this time. Most cell phone carriers have great service here and you can use a hot spot to connect to the TV. There is a DVD player in the home and we have a DVD library available.

Part of the drive to our property consists of dirt roads. They are hard packed and maintained by the county on a very regular basis. For reference, we have a minivan and it handles the dirt roads very well.

This is a rustic homestead and we take special care to conserve our natural resources. We utilize well water, septic tanks and solar power when possible.

Great spot off beaten path
This place could not have been more cute! The owners live on property and were welcoming, kind and hospitable. My daughter and I had a girls weekend. I wish I had an SUV to get to the property but it was otherwise so fun! We will return and would love to spend more time exploring the property.
