Our 1960’s "A" maintains its midcentury style with luxurious & modern amenities: barrel sauna, private hot tub, & chef's kitchen to ensure an exceptional stay and relaxation. From the beautiful design & vaulted ceilings to the Scandinavian fireplace this home aims to please, be it a cozy night in or a day at the sandy beach. Just a short stroll to the Pacific Ocean, shops & foodie restaurants. Everything is well appointed with our guests in mind.
AwayFrame is all about welcoming spaces to make memories: transcend your everyday life by relaxing in the comfortable leather sofa in the glow of the inviting gas fireplace while listening to vinyl records; cozy up outside around the fire pit with s’mores adjacent to the hand-painted mural and sauna; find bliss unwinding in the under the stars or simply hang out on the large deck with wrap-around seating. Wake up to peaceful solitude in the upstairs king loft bedroom and enjoy a warm cup of coffee on the balcony, listen to the waves in the distance with a peekaboo ocean view. Feast in the spacious, spotless, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, complete with eat-in bar, perfect for lively conversations while cooking your next gourmet meal. Play board games at the expandable dining table, catch up on the latest episode on the oversized smart TV, and delight in your favorite vintage Nintendo games in the A-Frame loft. Pets are happily welcome at AwayFrame and we even have a doggie bed so they feel at home during their stay.
Between guests, we hire professional cleaners to return AwayFrame to the immaculate and spotless state in which you will find it when you arrive. Before checking out, we will ask you to start the dishwasher, leave the beds unmade, and take out the trash. That's it!
You're a short walk from (2) beach access points; Ocean Lake Beach with stairs and drive/walk onto beach with tidal pools at Lincoln City Beach Access. Also walk to Barnacle Bill's fresh seafood, My Petite Sweet Bakery & Coffee, Output Records, downtown antique shops and more.
AwayFrame is pet friendly and outfitted with food and water bowls, treats, baggies, dog blankets, convenient dog door, fully fenced yard and a midcentury dog couch. Only the best for our furry guests!
