The house was comfortable and clean. I did need to contact Emyli the day before my stay in order to get check in information. She responded immediately. There were 2 small issues during our stay. I contacted Emyli to let her know. She responded very quickly and let me know she would address both issues. Overall, my daughter and I were very comfortable during our stay.

Weekend stay

Overall our stay was ok. The property needs some major upgrading and also with living supplies for their guests. I'm not sure how often this property is rented out but we almost felt staying in a hotel would have been more convenient. There wasn't even an iron to use. The home had a very unpleasant smell throughout the house including all furniture beds, blankets and couch. However, the host Emyli was very polite and had very good communication upon arrival and answered all questions if I needed her. Overall, the stay was ok.

Cute place

The place was clean and as expected. I didn’t get any check in information and when I reached out 2 hours before check in I got a response saying I’d get information 24-48 hours before check in. I called at 4 which was check in time and left a few messages on the app but didn’t get a response back until after 5pm with the code to get in. Otherwise the space was great.

Arrived at 6pm to find out that housekeeping never came after the last person left, which was a month ago. Bed linens on the floor, bathroom and kitchen dirty. Called property manager and it was the number of someone who is no longer the property manager but she was the most helpful and told me the manager would call me, but never did. Just messaged through vrbo. The fix was to make my own bed, but still no clean towels unless I did the laundry. And housekeeping would come the next day or to stay somewhere 20 minutes away. I request a refund for my stay and it was refunded. Then had to find a last minute place to stay.
