The ocean is calling you from this well-designed, perfectly furnished beach home. We've done our best to ensure you have an awesome beach time! Bike or walk around the area and beach, grill out in the backyard patio, and chill under the stars or mellow string lights. Amenities galore with beach bikes, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, games, toys, body boards, and wagon. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever!

*An additional $40 cleaning fee may be applied for units that are beyond normal clean up.
*Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.
*Late checkouts without prior approval may be charged $20 per hour.
*If not checked out by noon, we reserve the right to bill for an additional night's stay.

For departure: - Leave sheets on beds. - Hang or wash towels. - Clean dirty dishes. - Empty coffee pot and filter. - Leave perishables in fridge. - If trash smells, dispose in outside trash bin.
Bonus points: - If trash day (Tu/Fri) and bin mostly full, take bin to curb. - Leave house & garage nice - Return A/C to 76-78 F, with Fan set to Auto - Turn off bedroom A/C - Send msg when you leave
If you plan to check out much earlier than the official 10am, please let me know so the cleaning crew can get an early start. If you've enjoyed your stay, we hope you'll return.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Jupiter was a great host. She gave had so many recommendations and was easy to communicate that made our stay even better. The house was adorable and clean with so much beach amenities that we did not have to bring with us on our travels. The house was close to the beach we were able just take a short walk which was nice not having to load up the car. The ease of getting around town from neighborhood is great so close to everything. We had a great stay! The property was perfect for our family—much more spacious than it appears, and everyone was very comfortable. The location was ideal for easy walks to the beach, which we loved. While it’s a bit farther from the main Cocoa Beach attractions, that actually worked in our favor since we really enjoyed the quiet, residential feel of the area.The home was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed (and more!). I definitely overpacked because they had so many thoughtful extras already there. Overall, it was a relaxing, convenient, and comfortable place to stay—we’d absolutely come back.

Great stay at the beach house. Jupiter is the host and greeted us upon arrival. Safe little neighborhood just 3 minutes walk to the beach. Bonus is the garage filled with beach stuff for the whole family. We are planning to return.

Wonderful stay. Close to everything we wanted to see. Only two things, had trouble with electric outlets in kitchen to make coffee. The other was a neighbor who wanted to use a saw when I wanted to sleep in, nothing you could about that. Loved the ocean decor, little beach chairs with sand cute.

The property is just as advertised. Comfy beds, hot shower, good AC in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and everything you need for a day there including the wagon to carry it all. Would stay again! Communication with host also great.

The bikes are awesome!! Perfect for riding the short distance to the beach. The kids had a great time and said that it was a trip they will never forget. The place was clean and the perfect distance to multiple beaches and local food places/stores.

We stayed 3 nights in this home in Cape Canaveral. Communication with the host was good, and overall the stay was okay. The house is small but functional. There was a noticeable musty/old smell, and the towels appeared worn and stained. We also had some difficulty with the dryer, which did not dry the clothes properly. Aside from these points, everything else was fine. With a few small improvements, the experience could be better.

Great spot

Great vacation spot, they have bikes, beach stuff like boogie boards, beach umbrella and beach towels, all the cooking stuff you’d need in the kitchen and location is a very short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and TVs in every room. Clean all around, and good communication with owner. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience

This property is clean, cozy, comfortable, and convenient. Our host was great. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. Being three blocks from the beach was wonderful. We walked on the beach almost every day and were able to watch several rocket launches. Shops, grocery store, and restaurants were easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great spot for our family! So close to the beach you can hear the waves from the house. The place was very clean and organized and the beds were SUPER comfortable. Honestly, everyone in the neighborhood we met was so nice, even the wild peacocks! Communication was a breeze and all our needs were met. My husband and I are hoping this can be our go to spot for future trips. 100% would recommend

Great little place, and communications from host were fantastic. The wagon was the best part of this property, it was so helpful for lugging our stuff to the beach. For those wondering how far it is to the beach, it's about 3 block, or 0.24 miles, which was a 6-7 minute walk with the kids and lugging our wagon. The place also has a bunch of bicycles which made it really quick to and from the beach. Cleanliness of the unit was very good, and the amenities were fantastic. Definitely scored in the top 2% of places we've stayed for amenities, from condiments in the fridge to sunscreen and bug spray, to water bottles and snacks. Air conditioning worked very well. Roku TVs were nice for the kids. We had two adults and two kids, and the unit was perfect size for our group. Highly recommend!

Worst VRBO in 25 years of rentals

Party wasn’t close to what was shown on website-total ripe off. Furniture was terrible trouble with kitchen plumbing and bathroom Patio advertised was non existent no outside place to sit. Cockroach problem was terrible asked for refund never got a call from owner to discuss problem ! Will never use VRBO again and will let people know VRBo also did nothing to resolve problem all about.money not the customers!!

These are all over exaggerations. Renter is upset he paid Spring Break prices for the month he stayed during Spring Break, while also getting a monthly discount. Nice people but maybe they would do better at a hotel chain.

Probably the best host and Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. Jupiter is super accommodating. His pride in his property amenities and even his guests is un matched in my opinion. The convenient location is close to everything including a small walk to the beach or a short drive to the ports. Will defiantly be back here in the future.
