Not quite what we expected

The property was clean and the beds comfortable. The location was good for us. While the photos were accurate, the space did not feel like luxury, but good at best.

So for this property I have several issues. First it is listed as a home. It's not. It is an apartment. Next the owner clearly has decided to not invest any money back into the property to keep it up. There is a huge gash in the floor when you first walk in. The toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom is broken. The entire unit needs to be painted. The beds both need real bed frames. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. None of the soap in the house was filled and they were almost completely empty. All the lights in the house are very dim and need to have the bulbs upgraded. The upstairs bathroom was missing 2 light bulbs. There were no extra blankets available. Did the unit serve it's overall purpose? Yes we had a place to stay that was close to the things we wanted to do. Unfortunately the unit was very underwhelming.

I’m sorry about the confusion with the property listing; we will ensure it is accurately described moving forward. As for the condition of the unit, I regret that it wasn't up to our usual standards. We are already in the process of addressing the gash in the floor, replacing the toilet paper holder, and making necessary updates, including painting and improving the lighting throughout the home. The dishwasher and soap oversight were unacceptable, and we will work with our cleaning team to prevent this from happening again. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us improve, and I hope we can provide a better experience for you in the future. Thank you again for staying with us, and I appreciate your understanding.
