Summary:
Captain's Lookout is a spacious four-bedroom two-and-a-half bathroom beach home, located within a short walk to the nearest beach access point and a community pool! With accommodations for up to twelve guests, your family or group will fit in perfectly here. A golf cart can be reserved for an additional fee. Pet friendly home for an additional fee-please message owner of you would like to bring a pet. Enjoy free WiFi, washer/dryer, grill and patio.

Third and Fourth Bedroom - Queen and twin roll away in each

The Neighborhood:
The Sovereign Isle community is located in Destin. It is a serene community with a community pool, beautiful garden and trees. There is easy access to shopping, local dining, and the sugar-sand beaches Destin is known for.

Getting Around:
There is parking available in the driveway for three cars only, no street parking allowed.
6 Seater Golf Cart is available for an additional fee.

Other Things to Note:
One person staying on site must be at least 25 years old

Great stay in a beautiful town

Great home, owners were fantastic! Clean, accessible to beaches and best parts of Destin. Will definitely return!

Fantastic!

Jeremy was a wonderful host. It was the smoothest and easiest check-in process. The house was wonderfully clean. The neighborhood was amazing. The local pool was literally a one minute walk away. The ocean was an easy walk away - Just a few blocks to the beautiful white sands and warm waters. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and our two little pups that flew with us for the vacation. Thankful for the amount of silverware and place settings, hand soap and towels provided. The new baking sheets were so nice to have! We cook a lot on our trips, so having enough pots/pans/bowls/measuring cups, spoons, etc are a big deal. It is appreciated that such things were provided. A few thoughts/tips: there is a coffee sign and a Keurig, which was wonderful, but a few coffee pods and creamer pods would be a nice to have been provided. The cots were a blessing for sure, so new mattresses would be wonderful for the future guests. The grill wasn’t working and was dirty, but this was relayed and I’m sure it was addressed after our checkout. Jeremy appreciated the information. We truly had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again!!!! Thank you so much!

Great location in Destin w/ golf cart!!

Amazing host, great communication and location! Big enough for our family of 7 plus our dog! The golf course was a nice touch! We would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay

We had a little complication checking in, but the property manager reached out and made things right. We were very happy with the home and the location. We really enjoyed our time there with our family.
