Meh

Pros: New interior renovation was great; nice quiet location; walking distance to beach and Restaurant. Cons: Strong musty odor downstairs; exterior needs painting; tunnel to the beach was a smelly, impassable swamp; property was sitting vacant but management would not even consider early check in.

Nicholas, Thank you for letting us know about your stay. We're sorry your experience was, “Meh.” If we had known about the musty odor during your stay we would have sent someone to remedy the situation. We will pass along your comments in regard to the exterior paint to the owners for their consideration. We're glad you enjoyed the quiet location and the interior renovation. Early check in is difficult for us because we have a small window between guests to clean. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

Excellent Newly renovated

Great place for my group of friends. The house was awesome and newly renovated. Only suggestion would be to secure additional parking spaces to accommodate a group of 11. Only 2 passes provided but 3 or 4 seems more realistic for the 11 guests. I would absolutely book this place again.
