Welcome to Scenic Sanctuary in Sedona. This home is in one of the top locations in all of Sedona with views that you can't easily find anywhere else. The magnificent grounds of the property create an experience that is truly unforgettable and you will cherish for years to come. In the backyard, you'll find a large heated* pool with attached spa that are perfectly situated to take in the breathe-taking views found on this hill-side estate. Enjoy the fire-pit with a cup of coffee on a chilly morning, prepare some delicacies on the BBQ grill for the group, or hang out on one of the many patios and simply take in the VIEW.
The home comes fully prepared for your experience in Sedona. The kitchen has high end appliances and common kitchenware, all living areas come with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful design touches, and the bedrooms have high quality sleeping arrangements and professionally laundered linens. What more could you want?
Walk right out your backyard to the Airport Vortex hiking trail - Skip the crowded parking at the trail head. Take a quick walk into town and grab a nice dinner at Mariposa grill. The location of the home is optimal for those wanting to be close by to everything Sedona has to offer.

VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.
Smoking is not allowed on this property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it
