Welcome to Scenic Sanctuary in Sedona. This home is in one of the top locations in all of Sedona with views that you can't easily find anywhere else. The magnificent grounds of the property create an experience that is truly unforgettable and you will cherish for years to come. In the backyard, you'll find a large heated* pool with attached spa that are perfectly situated to take in the breathe-taking views found on this hill-side estate. Enjoy the fire-pit with a cup of coffee on a chilly morning, prepare some delicacies on the BBQ grill for the group, or hang out on one of the many patios and simply take in the VIEW.

The home comes fully prepared for your experience in Sedona. The kitchen has high end appliances and common kitchenware, all living areas come with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful design touches, and the bedrooms have high quality sleeping arrangements and professionally laundered linens. What more could you want?

Walk right out your backyard to the Airport Vortex hiking trail - Skip the crowded parking at the trail head. Take a quick walk into town and grab a nice dinner at Mariposa grill. The location of the home is optimal for those wanting to be close by to everything Sedona has to offer.

*Pool Heating* - the cost to heat the pool is $150 per night with a 3 night consecutive minimum.

VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.

Smoking is not allowed on this property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it

House is lovely. Pool control situation with no iPad was a pain. We just left pool heater run. No spa usage no lights, etc.

The house is as advertised! Spacious , clean, close to shops but still private! The view from the backyard is beautiful and the Spa/pool is beautiful! Pool heating had an issue when we visited . So we didn’t enjoy it much except for a sunny day. The owners were gracious enough to refund the pool charge because of the heating issue. The management company was very prompt in responses to questions as well as sending over a maintenance person to check the spa/Pool.

Awesome house, amenities, and views. Only issue was internet/wifi. Kept going out having to reboot router multiple times a day.

Sedona Property with Beautiful Views

What a great view from this home. It was in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor space was great. The host was attentive when a minor issue came up. We would recommend this home to others. There are alot of steps from when you first walk into the basement so just a note if that matters to anyone in your party.

An OK House

We've stayed in this house twice. Everything about it is OK. Location, decor, furnishings, outdoor areas, kitchen, etc. The house contains everything it should. The management company was helpful. But several phone calls could have been avoided if the online house information were updated. The outdoor grill area needs lighting! As we discovered when we tried to grill using our iPhone flashlights. The views are truly wonderful. Otherwise all ok.

This place is perfect for a quick couples retreat which i did with my girlfriend. It’s very quiet, secluded, and you immediately feel at peace. We spent most of the weekend floating around the infinity pool in awe of the view and absorbing the tranquility. It’s also as close as you could be to the city center without hearing it! It would also be perfect and entirely equipped for a large family. The pictures do not do the view justice nor show exactly how HUGE the house itself is. Not a single complaint.

The home exceeded expectations, especially location and the spectacular view. However, the hot tub did not work so its availability was misleading. Many other guests remarked on this problem in the guestbook. The property is overpriced where the hot tub and pool are not operational.
