Reasonable property at a reasonable rate.
Very good proximity to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Lots of space and beds. Nothing fancy, but I didn't pay for fancy. Everything worked well including the wireless internet. On a busy street, but didn't notice any excessive noise. Park next door was very nice - soccer fields were great for a little lacrosse practice when we weren't skiing. The owner, John, was available and checked to make sure everything was to our liking. It was.
Conveniently located 2 story home w hot off fort Union perfect for getting into any of the canyons.
John was very accommodating had the heat on and the hot tub running when we got there as well as shoveled some snow from around our car on the morning of departure.

Super functional for a ski vacation
Very great rental for a ski vacation. Directly in cottonwood heights with access to all amenities. Super close to both canyons. Great kitchen, lots of very comfortable beds, and a perfect apres ski hot tub. To be aware, lots of beds with only 2 bathrooms.
Mr. Collins is a very responsive owner. We had a downstairs plumbing issue with flooding and he was very quick to stop by and get involved to fix it. He also regularly cleans the hot tub.

Not the Ritz Carlton but clean, well located, had all the amenities we were looking for. Very comfortable for 5 people.
