About this property

Victorian Home Near Racetrack & Downtown

Beautiful five bedroom Victorian home located in a gorgeous residential neighborhood just blocks from the racetrack, downtown, fabulous shops and restaurants, museums and more. Just a few minute walk to these destinations or drive 5-10 minutes to visit Skidmore College, Saratoga Lake, Saratoga State Park and Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC).
The space
Relax on our large Victorian porch, play ping pong or watch tv in our rec room (located above garage), cook in our large open kitchen with industrial stove, or sit on our backyard patio while you grill or enjoy the fire pit. Our home has window AC units and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, as well as AC to cool the downstairs living area.
Guest access
You have access to our entire house (except locked attic), rec room, front porch and backyard patio.
Other things to note
We request all guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low after 11pm.
